There are a number of different ways to participate in TMD!

TMD 5K Individual: This one is simple, it's a race to the finish line with bragging rights, medals, and prizes on the line for the top three female and male finishers. You'll run solo against the field in the TMD 5K Individual Heat to see who ends up on top! While this heat does offer prizes for the top finishers, it can also be run just for fun. All individuals who do not plan to run with a team should sign up for this Heat.

​TMD Team Run: Teamwork and fun are the name of the game here. You'll work together with your teammates to finish the TugMudDare course! There is no minimum or maximum team size, so grab some friends and assemble your team! Team heats are NOT competitive. Teams will receive a finishing time only for fun, no prizes are awarded in these heats. If you plan to run alongside other people as a team, register yourself for one of these Heats.

TMD Tikes: The kids run takes place on a separate 1.5K course than the TugMudDare. All children in the 3-7 year old heat require an adult to supervise them (no additional fee required). This is a fun run with all kids receiving a t-shirt and finishers medal for completing the course! This run is open to all kids ages 3-12 years old.
